Requirements

TI Program requirements are on the AHCCCS TI website, along with other useful information. Please find links to this information below.

• TI Year 6 Program Requirements
• TI Year 4, 5 & 6 Milestone Performance Measures
• In TI Program Years 4-6, milestone incentive payments will be based on performance measures in contrast to the Core Components used in Years 2 & 3. Years 4-6 metrics align with various other applications and uses, including the CMS Core Set and Statewide TI measures.
• Historical TI process-related milestones (Years 2 & 3) – no longer required but may related to current performance measures

Payments

• TI Year 4, 5 & 6 Incentive Payments – please see AHCCCS TI website for payment timeline
• Note: For Justice Y4 Incentive Payments, AHCCCS will de-weight the performance measures for determining the incentive payments for the providers. The basis for the incentive payment will be limited to the one QIC and submission of IPAT scores.
• Use these AHCCCS TI payment methodologies to estimate your TI incentive payments
